I have been an event organiser for many years and have known Em since she was starting out in the business. I've seen her perform many times and watched her become easily one of the most accomplished singers/performers and professionals I have ever worked with.
Just one example; Em came along to our charity event as the character Elsa from Frozen and was outstanding! As well as looking the part, she stayed entirely in character for the duration interacting with all the 'starstruck' children, and had so much time for everybody. What set her apart from all the other Elsa characters I have seen she sang live instead of miming the iconic 'Let It Go' with the most stunning voice, hitting and holding the most difficult notes with ease.
Em is so easy to get along with and a pleasure to work alongside, far from the egotistical diva types that we have to deal with in this industry.
